Order was placed 7-14-11 THEN on the 18th Rep called wanting to know the size needed. Person is 5'5 SO order was AGAIN placed on the 18th. NO prior contact, order was accepted on 14th and no calls, emails or contacts from REP until the 18th.{YET according to REP, many attempts were made} NO proof seen on PHONE nor emails. Your order has shipped by FedEx and is on the truck for delivery today, the 27th.  The FedEx tracking number is 727196573554122.  We are unaware as to the reason for delayed transit, however your order is scheduled for delivery today, the 27th by FedEx.

A voicemail was left for you on 7/15 regarding the information needed, no contact was made on 7/14 as the order was placed after business hours.  We then followed up on the next business day, 7/18 at which time we spoke and confirmed details needed to proceed in processing your order.  At this time, the order was processed and fulfilled immediately.

There is confusion as to why the order has taken 7 working days to deliver instead of 5.  In the order confirmation which is e-mailed upon order processing, it does state "Most in-stock items should be received within 3 to 5 business days from the date of this email."  This is generally the case, however some instances it may take a couple days longer.

What is the diameter of this needle I am looking for 1/2 Circle with cutting edge with a 2 1/2 diameter.

The largest 1/2 circle needle we have would be size #00 (item #: 001-056FSI), and it is just a little over 2 inches.  If you want a diameter bigger than 2 inches, you would have to move up to a 3/8 circle needle

Do you carry a product called O2 Ear Buddies? They are clips that go onto your hat to hold the oxygen tube off the ear. They are not EZ wraps. My doctor states these clips are the latest & greatest. My doctor said this will help my ears.

For size 7.5, this boot is only available in a wide width. You can select the size from the pull down menu in the options tab of the product page.  We ship all around the world, including Puerto Rico.
