I carry on a normal diet everyday and eat quite a lot, but never manage to gain weight. I am 168cm tall and weigh around 101 pounds. I would like to gain weight and be healthier. Is IsoSource 1.5 Cal helpful? Will there be any side effects after drinking this milk along with my normal diet?
