Question
I have one of these, now getting EEE 529 error code when starting. Any ideas?

Answer

Mr. Edeen,

The provided error means that you may need to replace the battery.  Make sure the unit is plugged in and turn on and off 3 times after you replace the battery.  This resets the CPU board. If it still shows the error code you may have a faulty RAM chip (meaning the unit won't store memory). You would need to replace the CPU board if this is the case.

Answer

Dear Tom,

Thank you for the inquiry. This bed is medium. It allows the patient to remain in bed for longer periods of time without getting bed sores. This mattress is not firm but it is not soft. Medium would be the best classification.

Dear Misty,

Thank you for the inquiry.  The pulse oximeter will work on infants and children as long as you have the correct sensor connected to the unit.  The MAX-I's or MAX-P's should work. We hope this helps.
