Thank you for contacting us.  The manikin would be shipped out within 48 hours of payment. It ships from Florida so the lead time is 3-5 business days.  We prefer payment by credit card.  If you are  an international customer, we prefer payment via wire transfer.  If you purchase more than 1 manikin, I can lower the price. Anything that can be done for a nonfunctioning nebulizer. First it quit working with the electrical outlet and then the battery quit working. The green light comes on but no air comes out. Am I past any compensation for this or not. Thanks Theresa

Thank you for contacting us. In order to compete with Masimo, we need to have competitive pricing. We are able to sustain a steady inventory of the following Nellcor OxyMax technology sensors:

MAX-A

MAX-I

MAX-P

As for the MAX-N, we are not able to successfully retain inventory. Also, they are sold for about $80 dollars more than the other sensors. Please let us know if you would like a quote for the other sensors.

The Pulmo-Aide nebulizers are estimated to last about 10 years.  It seems that if the unit gets loud in later years of use, it may be caused by loose screws on the back which may be tightened to reduce noise.
