Question
Can this product be obtained with a say 4/5'traction rope with the S hook? I need to be able to sit.

Answer

Dear Ron,

Thank you for the inquiry. The manufacturer does not recommend that adjustment. It is best used on the door. They said to maybe get a high chair/stool in order to accommate your situation. Any alternations does not make the us liable for any inquiry.  It is strongly discouraged.

Question
Can you please tell we what the lowest height is that this bed can go ? I need the top of the mattress to be at about 20 in.

Answer

Dear Richard,

Thank you for the inquiry. The lowest position this bed goes to is 13 inches. Depending on the thickness of your mattress, will depend its height from the base. Our mattress is 6 inches thick, so the total height would be 19 inches from the ground. We also carry a 7 inch mattress. If you need a quote with shipping for this item, please let me know. My phone number is 1-877-706-4480 x 107 and my email is christina@msecompany.net

Question
I spent the month of November in the hospital after two surgeries in the lower abdominal area. One surgery left a half-dollar sized hole two-inches deep in my groin, the other surgery left a tennis ball sized hole in a more delicate area that had massive inflammation from the spread of infection. In December, I started outpatient whirlpool therapy, after which the wounds would be debreeded sic and then packed with aquacell silver. Over time the groin has completely healed. The other wound has reduced in size until it is now about the size of the end of my pinky, however, there is still a hole around it slightly smaller than a dime. Today, I was told there would be no more whirlpools because too much whirlpool therapy can be bad for you. How can whirlpool therapy be bad for you? I go for therapy every other day for fifteen minutes. The therapist said she still noticed some slough yellowish dead skin, which I understood was the purpose of the whirlpool - to help make removal of dead skin easier. My question is: Can whirlpool use literally be detrimental to a patient's wound care therapy? If so, how?

Answer

Dear Rik:

Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately, we can not provide treatment recommendations or diagnose the impact of an ongoing treatment.  If you are dissatisfied with your therapists response, please consider getting a second opinion.

Question
Hi: I am looking to buy a refurbished concentrator. I use it at home at night for sleeping and can get a prescription. I had one for a few years that the insurance company was paying an outrageous amount monthly for and I had to pay for under our deductible and it was noisy, so I am looking to just buy one. I want something that uses as little power as possible and is as quiet as possible, all within the realm of reason. Could you recommend something? Thanks,

Answer

Thank you for your inquiry.  We offer several inexpensive models of Refurbished Oxygen Concentrators.  Please ocntatc us with any other questions.
