We are using one of these for continious monitoring. It is always reading what appears to be incorrect. The cords seem to not fit very tight to machine. Is there any tips you can give to get the best use for this machine?

Thank you for the inquiry. All the nebulizers do the same functionality and with the medicine prescribe from your doctor, the treatments are effective.  For a child we have many different animals and even a "lego" like nebulizer.  All nebulizers have to change the filter and rinsed regularly.

My son is almost 6 yrs old and has used a neb since he was 9 months. When does he move out of the peds mask until an adult or are there different size masks like the aerochamber w/ mask? All i find are ped mask or adult. His face seems to be getting to long for the ped mask. Thanks!

There does not appear to be a transition mask between pediatric and adult.  So, once your son can no longer effectively use the pedi mask, adult mask will be the next step.
