I have experienced bedtime neck pain for many years and rarely can lie on back/side longer than 4-5 hours a night. A recent MRI confirms mild cervical spurs. Common sense tells me my nighttime neck pain is positional as I can NOT tolerate my head tilted up while I sleep. Is this the right pillow

I am trying to find a Pediatric Grade Crib that meets the criteria as described by our health insurance plan. Everywhere that I have sent this too has all said the same thing, that there is nothing on the market that meets that description. It reads word for word as follows A pediatric crib HCPCS code E0300 is a hospital-grade crib that allows the patient full movement with no traditional restraints. The crib consists of a mesh-like screen that contains the patient and prevents wandering. Typically these cribs are available in different sizes and materials. Would you happen to have or know of somewhere that would have a pediatric grade crib with mesh sides? I appreciate the help!

Thank you for your inquiry.  Medical grade cribs typically do not come with a mesh enclosure.  You can certainly purchase a mesh enclosure separately and install into a crib.

Thank you for your inquiry.  The wedges are designed to go on top of the mattresses.  Although, it maybe feasible to place the wedge between the box springs and the matress as long as the mattress is flexible enough to allow for that.

Thank you for your inquiry. When was the unit ordered? I looked through our system and the last you ordered the PRO X was in 2019. Can you provide a PO number or the ship to zip code. Many issues with these units is operator error. When are you having issues with the unit slamming? Are you using 2 operators? Are you using the end release or the quick release on the side of the unit. Once I have a better idea of your issue, I can send over the proper use. I look forward to your response.

Thank you for your inquiry. Production advised you will need (1-RSWLH) which is the rail to hold the trash can and (2-KSBWLH or 1-KSBWLH). These cans do not have lids. The rail may work with you can if you modify it to the bracket. Let me know if you have any questions.
