Is this a permanent waterproof cover on the mattress that cannot be taken off. My mother with Alzheimer's keeps taking off the waterproof zippered cover and then wets on it again. I need something permanently sealed.

Do you have the CareGuard Quad Cane 1287VNIGSI in stock? It is out of stock everywhere I have tried & the last company didn't say it was out and just sent a replacement. I don't want another type, just this one which actually has five feet (four + the cane). If you don't have it, do you know when you will get it or anyone else that might have it. Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry.  We do have several in-stock options for Walking Canes which can ship same day.  Unfortunately, the quad cane requested has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

I work with a gentleman with cerebral palsy. Could this product help slow his decrease in mobility, or would it be too difficult for someone with that diagnosis?

Thank you for the inquiry.  The mats are different for everyone. The wear and tear of mats really depends on the individual. If you have alot of traffice, it tends to wear faster. If you spill liquids too, that causes damage over time.  We have not received any complaints about ours mats. Perhaps you should purchase one and try it out.

My husband is using a pump exactly like this--it keeps getting air in the line which won't allow it to count correctly--says No flow. this is getting very irritating as it beeps about every minute or so--we've tried several different pumps but they all do the same.
