Dear Scott: Thank up for your inquiry. This bed operates on 110/120v 50/60Hz. However a step up transformer will enable it to operate efficiently at 220/230V. We can provide the transformer as well if you choose to purchase the package. A tranformer is $125 USD.

Dear Karin: Thank you for your inquiry. This device can be rotated in in increments of 15 degrees, but pausing is not allowed within its programming. This is also developed for 110/120 Volts, but can be operated at 220/240 with a step-up converter. Delivery to Sweden would be approximately $75-80 USD.
