This nebulizer is powered by an AC adapter.  We do have an adult mask available.  The available unit which is capable of battery power is our Portable Compressor Nebulizer System  which can operate with AC/DC adapter or battery.  Adult masks are also available for this unit.  Thank you for your inquiry.
