    Question
We are looking for a retail store where we are able to try on an abdominal binder. My husband has a very large hernia and he has been looking for a binder that can be worn all the time. Many of the ones he has tried on do not cover the entire hernia and that is evident when he is wearing clothes.

    Answer

    Dear Ms. Schiffman:

If you are looking for a retail store in your area, you may wish to consult in the local yellow pages under durable medical equipment or medical supplies.  All of our selection of abdominal binders is available online and can be delivered to your door within 4-5 business days.

    Question
Do they make a lot of noise when put on or worn? I am going to a sleepover next week, and will have to put one on in the middle of the night whilst in bed. And don not want anyone to hear me. And if it does make noise, what can I do to muffle it?Also, how much can be smelt? Thanks!

    Answer

    Dear Franky:

These products are made from soft cotton/ poly blend that would sound no louder then regular cotton underwear.  Putting these under under the blanket will certainly muffle any noises.  I hope this knowledge gives you some comfort.
