Bryan, neither of these wires would be compatible with your Intelect unit, because they are intended for Comfort-Stim units. If you can provide us the model number, we will be able to provide you a quote on an appropriate lead wires.

How much do the weights weigh individually Each is number with a single digit but how do you determine how much weight you are actually lifting?

The maximum lifting capacity of the gym is 400 lbs. So if you divide 400 lbs by the total number of plates, that would give you the weight of the individual plate.  Then simply multiply the number of plates being lifted by the weight of the individual plate.

Jacob, it really depends on a lot of factors, including your age, the type of wound you have, and how much it is draining. You may want to consider putting on some triple antibiotic ointment or wound gel, so that it won't hurt when you take the pad off. For a more definite answer you can either see a physician, or call a local wound care center and describe to them the type of wound you have. Most would be willing to help.
