I'm having pain in my left hip & groin area. I have pain in between my shoulders from time to time. My question is, would this help my hip/groin area if it is somehow misaligned? Long story short, they don't know exactly what it causing the pain.

Good afternoon.  These items are designed for use in beds only and we cannot guarantee the use while in a chair will be effective.  As per the manufacturer's guidance, these are not recommended nor guaranteed for use in this purpose.

Unfortunately, the only chair-type cushions we have are gel or foam.

We might suggest you contact Flow Cushion to see if their product may be of use to you.

do you except purchase orders from franklin county columbus ohio, family resource. I was interested in the innersprings vinyl mattress and was also wondering is the masongrad a mattress cover that is removable, or is the whole bed coverd with it and it cannot be moved?

Lisa,

We do accept purchase orders from Government and educational facilities with approved credit application on file.  We do, however generally, ask for prepayment on the first order by check or credit card.

The "Masongard" covers are removable only in instances of replacement, and are standard on some of our mattresses, these are for mattress protection and are not recommended to be removed.

I find that standard cervical pillows become soft in the support area i need. This one seems like a good idea. I could pump it up as it ages. How long will this pillow last?

 These pillows are said by the manufacturer, Core Products, to be in their prime up to two years.  There have been instances however, where a person has kept the same pillow in great condition for up to five years.
