Is there a certain weight capacity you need this to meet?  Our 3-wheeled walkers are typically compact/foldable when not in use, but may not be small enough to be considered a carryon or under-seat for air travel.

Are you specifically looking for foam mattresses?  This mattress, as are all of our mattresses, is fluid resistant to a certain extent.  If you are concerned about severe incontinence and bed bugs, we would recommend the use of mattress covers in conjunction with the standard mattress.

After consulting with product support team, it seems that this product is considered non-sterile after opening.  As long as the lid is secured and kept airtight, the item should be safe for use within the following 24 hours after opening under "sterile" category.
