My mom is 83 and can still walk, but tires out quickly and sometimes has trouble with her knee going out. I have been looking to purchase a rollator for her. Can you push someone on the rollator somewhat like a wheelchair? If not, do you have any suggestions. Thanks

We want to get excellent cushion for the wheel chair which can prevent pressure sores.My brother has to be on the wheel chair whole day because of paralysis of both legs due to spinal injury he got 16 years ago and resultantly he gets perssure sores frequently.

I need two templates and will do my best to describe them;1) A human body part (arm, leg, head, etc. Similar to architect drawing templates (green with cut outs to place a pencil through) that will allow quick and easy drawings.2) A wound template; clear bendable plastic that will assist in measuring the wound. It has concentric circles with a measuring guide.If you have them or know where I can get them I'd be grateful.

My husband has both cervical neck pain and stenosis (lumbar L2) in his lower back. His pain management doctor once told him that he wasn't a candicate for TENS units because he does not have lower back pain that radiates down his legs, just chronic lower back pain. Now my husband can no longer have nerve blocks because of a bad reaction to the steroid injection and his pain doctor wants to order a tens unit for him. Is it true that a tens unit won't work on lower back pain if you do not have pain that radiates down your legs? We didn't want to second guess his doctor but are confused as to what kind of pain the tens unit works on. Please advise. Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately, we are not in a position to second guess your physician.  If you are uncertain about the current diagnosis, we would recommend obtaining a second opinion.  A prescription is neccessary to order most TENS units.

Myogesic balm is for temporarily relief of minor muscles pain, stiffness of joints.  You should be starting to feel relief within a few minutes of the application.  If you have swelling, brusing or redness around the area, apply a cold compress and see a doctor.
